The interior is furnished with beautiful, authentic reproductions of antique pieces from XVII, XVIII and XIX centuries, skillfully created by world renown Richelieu furniture designers.

From the restaurant U Zlate Studne (At the Golden Well) you can admire the best panoramic views of Prague in the main room, which seats 35, or on the terrace, which seats 45 guests.

The well-known, award-winning Chef Pavel Sapik is a member of Czech national team and the gold winner of World Championship in Singapore. Chef Sapik and his team will surprise you with original flavour, great selection of wines and excellent yet relaxed service.

The Golden Well is a hidden gem of a 16th century hideaway in the Genius Loci of a romantic rose garden on the grounds of the Prague Castle and in the noble neighbourhood of the Czech parliament. The renaissance house originally belonged to Roman Emperor and Bohemian King Rudolf II (1552 – 1612) and served as the Residence of the famous Astronomer Tycho de Brahe (1546 – 1601).

Abandoned and nearly destroyed during the communist regime in Prague, a major renovation was necessary to bring back its beauty and charm for its re-opening in 2000.
